    Monthly condo fees at Sanderson Ridge are $0.47 per square foot (includes utilities), which means affordable fees while enjoying top-of-the-line suites and amenities.

    Monthly fees include management fees, exterior building insurance, common-area utility costs, custodial services, exterior repair and maintenance, recreational facilities, landscaping, snow removal, sewer, water, heat, electricity, waste removal, Capital Reserve Fund contributions and Capital Reserve study fees.

  • What about property taxes?

    Property taxes at Sanderson Ridge range from $2.40 to $2.60 per square foot, per year.

  • What is an Active Adult Living Community?

    Sanderson Ridge is Calgary’s only Active Adult Living community, offering the best of carefree, luxury living for adults age 40+.   • Are pets allowed?

    Yes, residents are welcome to have one pet (up to 25 lbs) per suite.

  • Can friends and family visit?

    Friends and family are always welcome! We offer eight guest suites so friends and family—including children—can stay overnight and enjoy everything Sanderson Ridge has to offer.

  • Are there leasing options available?

    There are a select number of units available for lease at Sanderson Ridge. We can also arrange a try-before-you-buy leasing period if you would like to experience Sanderson Ridge before purchasing.

  • Is there any opportunity to customize my suite, i.e. built-ins, etc.?

    Residents may choose their preferred colour palette when purchasing an under-construction suite, which includes flooring, tile, backsplash, cupboards and closets. If residents purchase a finished suite, they have the option to customize their suite’s closets and pantry.

  • What security measures are in place?

    Residents are provided with a FOB to access all exterior doors, ensuring they are the only ones who have access to the building. Guests can access the building through a recently updated intercom system.
